We take the time to understand each person spsecific needs and tailor the sessions accordingly.

With over 18 years experience in the field of Classical Pilates Henna uses the trusted Classical principals of Pilates developed by Joseph Pilates.

Private Classes

Private sessions are ideal for anyone who would like individual teaching. They are the best way to start your Pilates practice allowing our instructors to observe your special physical needs.

Mum & Baby

Specialised sessions for mums babies and expecting women. Specialised exercises to help prepare for motherhood and recovery for new mums.

Duet Classes

This session is ideal session if you’d like to come with your your friend, relative or partner! The session is split between Reformer & Tower & other small Pilates equipment.

Group Classes

Small personalised groups with a of maximum 4 people. Great if you’d like to experience Pilates with others!

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

18 years experience with a background in dance.

Henna is qualified as a comprehensive instructor from Peak Pilates; one of the leading pilates training & equipment providers. She has now been practicing Classical Pilates for over 20 years. Henna’s background in dance and movement education has given her a strong foundation as a Pilates instructor.
